Margaret Ann Goodall Paty

Aunt Ann is the youngest daughter of Ada and Earl Goodall. She was married to Joe Parker Paty. They had no children, but they raised several dogs as their "children" through the years.

Aunt Ann and Uncle Joe lived in several places during their married life. I guess their great adventure was moving to Wisconsin to work on a dairy farm. When they returned, Joe became the manager of the Downtowner Motel Inn on 5th Avenue. Several nieces and I spent time at the hotel in the summer and got to swim in the pool. We thought we were very special.

After Uncle Joe's death, Aunt Ann made a decision to sale their house and moved in a senior complex called Saddlebrook in Lebanon. She loves her new place and is thankful for the decision she made. We go out to eat, visit and talk on the phone. The two of us always have a good time together, especially when we are eating at Taco Bell.

Aunt Ann recently bought a new car. She says the younger folks get to drive when she goes out with us. I love her car, and it drives so good. Ann says she thinks it has too much stuff on it. She only needs one that goes right or left, and will stop and go. :*)
